Direct from Supplier to Consumer Program: Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier on our behalf. Because of this model, returns and refunds may involve coordination with our fulfillment partner. Product details have been supplied by the manufacturer and may be hosted by a third party.

1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy (the "Policy") describes the terms under which ADVENTUROUS SUPPLY LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") accepts returns, issues refunds, and offers replacements for purchases made through adventuroussupply.com (the "Website").

3. Definitions
- Delivery Date: the date the carrier tracking shows the order as delivered.
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): written approval from us allowing a return and providing return instructions.
- Non-Defective Return: a return requested for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item (e.g., change of mind).
- Confirmed Company Error: our confirmation that an item was defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped.
4. Return Eligibility
Returns may be approved only if all applicable conditions below are met:
A. General Conditions (apply to all returns)
- A return request is submitted within the applicable timeframe in Section 4B or 4C.
- You obtain an RMA from us before sending anything back.
- The product is returned unused, uninstalled, and in new condition unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Return includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
Returns may be denied if items show signs of use/installation, are missing parts, or are not returned in original condition. Denied returns may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
B. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
- You must notify us within 48 hours of the Delivery Date.
- You must provide your order number and supporting documentation (photos, and packaging photos if applicable).
C. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
- You must request the return within 30 days of the Delivery Date.
- Items must meet the General Conditions above and be eligible under Section 9 (Non-Returnable Items).
5. Return Shipping, Return Labels, and Risk of Loss
Customer-Arranged Return Shipping: For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing and providing the return shipping label and arranging shipment back to the return address provided in the RMA instructions.
- Do not ship returns to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so in writing.
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment (receipt and tracking number).
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Risk of Loss: The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment. A return will be considered received only when it is delivered to the address specified in the RMA instructions. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us.
Restocking Fee (Non-Defective Returns)
Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This fee does not apply to returns resulting from a confirmed Company Error.
If your return is due to a confirmed Company Error (defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect item shipped), we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs for confirmed Company Errors will be reimbursed after inspection and confirmation of the issue.
6. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage/issue (and packaging if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will issue an RMA and provide return instructions. Depending on the situation, the resolution may include a replacement, a refund, or another remedy as permitted by law and consistent with this Policy.
7. Return Process
- Email support@adventuroussupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review eligibility and, if approved, issue an RMA with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Ship the item within 7 days of RMA approval using your purchased, trackable return label.
- Once received, we will inspect the return and confirm whether a refund, replacement, or denial applies.
8. Refunds, Deductions, and Replacements
- Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection/approval. Bank processing times may vary.
- Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable deductions, including the 25% restocking fee for non-defective returns and any missing parts/packaging (if applicable and permitted by law).
- Outbound shipping is free on all orders and is non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed Company Error.
- If a replacement is approved, it will ship after the returned item is received and validated (or as otherwise communicated).
We reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements or arrive used/installed/damaged due to customer handling.
9. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are used, installed, assembled, or not in new condition
- Items missing original packaging/accessories/parts
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Custom-made or personalized items (when applicable)
- Perishable goods (when applicable)
- Gift cards and downloadable digital items
Damage claims reported after 48 hours may be denied for damage-in-transit; however, eligible non-defective returns may still be considered within 30 days if the item is unused and meets the conditions above.
10. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Cancellation requests must be submitted before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) to be considered for same-day cancellation. Orders placed or cancellation requests submitted after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; you must follow the return process outlined above.
- Refused deliveries may be treated as a return and may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees (if non-defective).
11. Legal Rights
This Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Where a term of this Policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Website.
