Orders placed on this Website are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers on our behalf. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order will be shipped directly from our fulfillment supplier to your delivery address.

2. Shipping Destinations

Contiguous United States

  • We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories.
  • Some carriers may not deliver to certain P.O. boxes or locations that cannot accept delivery.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Certain oversized items, freight shipments, or carrier surcharges may require additional shipping charges. If applicable, those charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Handling time includes processing, packing, and preparing your order for carrier pickup.

Transit time: 2 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package.

Total delivery estimate: 3 to 9 business days from the date your order is placed (handling + transit). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, or other factors outside our control.

For large or freight items, additional delivery coordination (such as an appointment, signature, or curbside delivery) may be required. Any special delivery details will be communicated as needed.

Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size.

Tracking

Most shipments include tracking. When available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

Damaged Packages / Damaged Items

  • Photograph the packaging and the item(s) immediately.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@adventuroussupply.com.
  • Include your order number and photos.

7. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will investigate and resolve the issue as appropriate.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Key highlights:

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible returns
  • Damage/defect reporting: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Return shipping / return label: customer is responsible for purchasing and providing the return shipping label for all approved returns
  • Restocking fee: 25% for approved non-defective returns (does not apply to confirmed defective/damaged/incorrect items)
  • Refund timing: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection/approval (bank processing times may vary)
